Train at a time and location that is convenient for you. Some clients come to me at my gym in Cuckfield, I travel to others.

We will work out a series of goals you’d like to achieve, both fitness and lifestyle based, and then work together to improve your overall health.

My sessions are always varied, fast-paced and unpredictable, meaning you will never get the chance to get bored.

I am both pre and post-natally qualified and have years of experience of helping women recover, (and often exceed) their pre-birth fitness levels.

Extra motivation, cost benefits, a ruthless competitive streak... whatever your reason, sometimes it's just better to train with a friend, (or two, or three).  I am happy to run small PT classes for up to 4 people at a time. You will get the most benefit out of the session if you are all of a roughly similar fitness level.  Please contact me for more details.
