Two-Or-More

Extra motivation, cost benefits, a ruthless competitive streak... whatever your reason, sometimes it's just better to train with a friend, (or two, or three). 

Sessions are always varied and exercises are tweaked to suit the needs of each individual within the group.  You will get the most benefit out of the session if you are all of a roughly similar fitness level.  

Train at a location and a time that is convenient for you.  Some clients come to me in Cuckfield, I travel to others.  Whatever works best for you.  

When you start training with me you will fill in a thorough screening process and be asked to complete a food diary.  We will set either individual goals or a goal for the group, and work towards these.  Recipes, nutritional, health and wellness advice are dispensed with each session.  

Costs: 

2 people: £45 per 45 minute session, £40 per session when a block of 10 is booked in advance. 

3 people: £55 per 45 minute session, £50 per session when a block of 10 is booked in advance.

4-6 people: £60 per 45 minute session.  Please note that these sessions will have to take place outdoors due to space limitations.
