 One-To-One

Results are achieved fast, and sessions are delivered with humour and tact.  Recipes, nutrition, wellness and health advice are all dispensed along the way.  

Sessions are always varied, fast-paced and unpredictable, meaning you will never get the chance to get bored, in fact the time will fly by without you noticing.  Kind of.

Train at a time and a location that is convenient for you.  Some clients come to me in Cuckfield, I travel to others.  

You will be asked to complete a thorough screening process and a food-diary when you first start to train with me, and work out your specific goals.  We will then work together to improve your lifestyle and restore you to optimum health.   

Sessions cost £40 for 45 minutes, or book a block of 12 and get them for £35 per session.
