BarreConcept is a non-stop workout combining the precision of Pilates, alignment of yoga, technique of ballet and strength from sports conditioning. You’ll work your whole body; it tones the arms, lifts the butt, sculpts the waist and flattens the stomach.

Set to the beat of high energy music, this low impact, total body workout stretches and lengthens all the major muscle groups. There is a strong focus on alignment, flexibility and posture that will leave you with a better looking body and also a body that works better.

This is an exciting and challenging workout which stretches and sculpts the muscles, whilst burning fat. Barre is suitable for all fitness levels as modifications and adjustments are made to challenge everyone safely.

Classes last for one hour. Results are fast. Balance, strength, stamina, power, flexibility and motor control all improve. This workout produces dramatic results that sculpt and redefine the entire body.
