Jennie Brown has been training clients since 2009 and specialises in women's health. She focuses particularly on pregnant and post-natal fitness, whether her clients have just had their six week check up, or are six (or sixteen) years down the line.
Her focus is on functional fitness, posture correction and improved core strength, preparing her client’s bodies for the age and stage they are at in their lives. She believes that a resilient, functional, flexible body is the key to lifelong wellness, and exercise is crucial to both improved mental and physical health.
A mother of three children herself, Jennie has had a lifelong love affair with exercise, running marathons, cycling through mountain ranges around the world, and playing tennis whenever she gets the chance.
However, it was her experience of crippling post-natal depression and the way that exercise helped to alleviate the symptoms that convinced her to change careers and pursue a lifelong commitment to helping women be well, be happy and be strong, both in their minds and their bodies.
